To email a new report:

• Click the button to email the report (or selected

elements of it). The window for selecting the desired

report elements is displayed.

• From the report elements displayed select the ones

you wish to attach to the email. Selected report ele-

ments are highlighted with a (dark) blue border.

– To select a report element, click on the element

and it will be highlighted. To select all the report

elements, click the

Select All

button.

– To un-select a highlighted report element, click on

the element. To un-select all highlighted elements,

click the

Clear All

button.

• When you have selected all the desired report ele-

ments, click

• If you decide not to email the report after all, click the

button to cancel the procedure.
