To print a new report:

• Click the button to print the report (or selected

elements of it). The window for selecting the desired

report elements is displayed.

• From the report elements displayed select the ones

you wish to print. Selected report elements are high-

lighted with a (dark) blue border.

– To select a report element, click on the element

and it will be highlighted. To select all the report

elements, click the

Select All

button.

– To un-select a highlighted report element, click on

the element. To un-select all highlighted elements,

click the

Clear All

button.

• When you have selected all the desired report ele-

ments, click

The report elements selected are now output on the default

printer. If you decide not to perform the print operation after

all, click the button to cancel the procedure.
